SIP Trunk Connection
Our SIP Trunks are designed to connect to a business phone system and work in the same way as though you were connecting ISDN telephone lines. If a phone system has built in IP Trunk capabilities then it is simply a case of connecting to our SIP Trunk service through a reliable, high speed internet connection.
In order to connect SIP Trunks to a telephone system that does not have built in VoIP capabilities then a VoIP Gateway can be installed that connects to traditional analogue, or ISDN line prots of a phone system and coverts them to Voice Over IP so that the gateway can then connect to the SIP Tunk service and deliver calls from the phone system, over the internet to our SIP Trunking service, and it will also work to deliver inbound VoIP calls back into the phone system.
Connect your IP PBX to our SIP Trunk Service
If you already have a VoIP Telephone System that can work with SIP Trunks then it couldn’t be simpler to connect to our service, simply order the number of channels and DDI numbers that you require and you will receive an e-mail with the settings to access our service and once you have configured your PBX then you can make and receive calls within a few minutes.
Connect your Non IP PBX to our SIP Trunk ServiceConnecting your Analogue or ISDN telephone system to our SIP Trunk service needs the addition of a simple device called a VoIP Gateway – this piece of equipment enables your telephone system to communicate overhe internet with our SIP Trunk service. We provide this VoIP gateway equipment and installation as part of our solution so there is no need to worry about what you require, we do all the work for you.
